Rebate Program

Due to popular demand, T.A.L. now offers a Rebate to the Residents who use this site and our service to find their next Apartment Home. We offer a Rebate from $50.00 - $300 dollars after you move in.. Rebate amount is determined on Monthly Rent, The Property Selected, Lease Terms and Move In Date.

The following 5 items are KEY to getting the Rebate:

  1. You must fill out and submit our On Line Form from this site for the City/Area of Town requesting.
  2. A T.A.L Agent must *Escort you to the Properties we recommend.
  3. T.A.L. must have approval from the Property to pay a Rebate.
  4. T.A.L. and Agent name must be listed as the referring source on your Rental Application.
  5. After you Move In, you must submit our "Rebate Claim Form" located on this site.

(*T.A.L. Agent must be present when you tour the property. Agent can meet Resident at the property or Drive the Resident to the Property in order to be eligible to receive the rebate.)

After T.A.L. receives your Rebate Form, it will be verified that the 5 KEY items have been met. T.A.L. will then mail a Rebate check within 30 days of this verification.

Our T.A.L. agents should be able to give you an Approximate Rebate amount upon your visit to each property. However final Rebate amount will be determined upon Monthly Rent, Move In Date, Lease Terms and the Property / Floorplan you select.

T.A.L. will never pay a rebate for a placement where the Resident was not escorted to the property.
